This sweet 1950s pinafore dress comes in a beautiful coral pink color and was originally issued as a uniform for hospital volunteers or maids. However, it can also be worn as an everyday dress. The dress features a square neckline with two buttons on the left shoulder and two buttons on the side of the waistband, allowing for an adjustable fit of up to one and a half inches in waist size.
There is a metal zip closure below the buttons and the skirt has pleating beneath the waistband, providing a little fullness to the skirt. The dress also has two deep front pockets, which is always a useful feature. It is in lovely, strong and cleaned condition, with only one tiny pinhole to note on the right side of the skirt, which is only noticeable upon close inspection.
